Welcome to Horton Harvesting
I have been doing what I love for over 20 years. My first contract harvesting job was when I was 12 years old and driving a Massy Ferguson 542 with a 21' front! I really appreciate the technology we have now but also have gratitude for the experience and learning back then.

We are noted for being on time and reliable when your crop is ripe and ready for harvest. My background is farming so that gives our clients an added advantage of the experience and knowledge that I have with their crop & harvesting conditions.
Your precious seeds are in trusted hands.
Quality Machinery
We have four (4) Case IH 8120 axial flow combine harvesters which are class 8 machines. The 8120 machines are fitted out with Trimble auto steer with HP 10cm accuracy. They are all maintained to the highest of standards at all times to minimise any downtime in the paddock. Getting your grain safely to the silo is our priority. Our draper fronts are the latest Case, Mac Don and Midwest with widths of 40’9” and 42’. These fronts have proven results in their ability to handle all harvest conditions and specialised crops. In conjunction with the 12metre fronts the combines have the ability to do 3, 3.5 & 4 metre wheel centres to suit your tram lining, irrigation beds and broadacre farming. Windrowing can also be done successfully with these fronts specialising in millets. We have a 13’ Victory pickup front that picks up the windrow with ease.
Tractors with 20 & 25 tonne chaser bins are used to run beside the combines to improve efficiency in the paddock. Both of the chaser bins along with the Case Magnum 7240 & 7250 tractors have been modified to do 3 metre wheel centres.
